A Goliath crane (Gantry crane) is a heavy-duty material handling system in which the bridge girders are supported on legs that move on rails fixed at ground level. Unlike an EOT crane that runs on elevated runways, a Goliath crane operates on floor-mounted tracks, making it ideal for outdoor and large-scale industrial applications.
